On Jan 17, the council discussed a r a n g e o f p o s t - s t o r m t o p i c s w i t h c i t y department officials

City Manager Dana Souza asked for direction on whether the city's curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 p.m. should remain in place or be amended Sanibel Police Department Police Chief William “Bill” Dalton recommended changing it to midnight to 6 a m, along with eliminating the causeway checkpoint

The council voted 5-0 to proceed with the staff suggestions
