County tax collector launches new website

The Lee County Tax Collector recently announced the launch of its n e w l y r e d e s i g n e d w e b s i t e LeeTC com which features Edison, its Artificial Intelligence (AI) customer service agent. It offers a cleaner, more modern design with easier navigation and one click access for all of its services

In addition, customers can interact with Edison, who is available to answer questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week No more searching through multiple links to find information; type your question in the chat and Edison will answer in seconds The more questions he is asked, the smarter Edison gets.

“This new website, along with Edison, takes the customer experience to a whole new level,” Tax Collector Noelle Branning said “Stakeholder feedback told us we needed to overhaul our website, so information is easier to find, and we listened ”

“In addition, adding Edison gives customers a fun and informative way to interact with us, which is not something normally experienced on a government website,” she added “We are thrilled with the results and hope our customers feel the same ”

The office partnered with Vectra Digital for the design and development of the website
