Estero Island DAR Chapter holds Memorial Day ser vice

The Estero Island DAR Chapter hosted a Memorial Day Service Monday at Eco Park in Cape Coral. The Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 594, joined in with a 12-gun salute and the playing of "taps" after members of the DAR placed a wreath and read names of the fallen solders who are listed on the wall of the Vietnam Memorial.
