ABOUT BREMONT Bremont is an award-winning British company producing beautifully engineered chronometers at our Headquarters in Henley-on-Thames, England. Time began for Bremont in 2002, when we embarked on a journey to make beautifully crafted pilotâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s watches of exceptional quality. Inspired by a love of flying historic aircraft, of watches and all things mechanical, our timepieces had to be tested beyond the normal call of duty. All watches in our core range are COSCcertified and we are one of only a few companies offering a three-year warranty on every timepiece. All Bremont watches are manufactured and assembled at our workshops in Henley-on-Thames and Silverstone, UK.

BREMONT MILITARY AND SPECIAL PROJECTS Bremont has built a very close working relationship with the military. As a result, we develop bespoke mechanical chronometers that mirror the individual identities of a number of squadrons, crew and communities including the A-10, B-2, B-52, C-17, CH-47, F-15, F-22, KC-135, RAF Tornado, Royal Marines Commandos, Special Forces, USNTPS and numerous US Navy and Marine Squadrons (VAQ-140, VFA-27, VFA-81, VMFA-323), to name a few. Working in line with our core principles, we feel privileged to be able to do something that no other luxury watch brand has been able to do: deliver watches that are uncompromisingly Bremont, but also very unique on a project level.

The Bremont C-17, based on the ALT1-WT, is worn by Boeing Globemaster III pilots all over the world (above) and a U-2 pilot tests the Bremont U-2 beyond endurance at the edge of space (right).

THE MARTIN-BAKER PARTNERSHIP Martin-Baker is a British aviation company responsible for supplying 70% of the worldâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s air forces with fighter ejection seat technology. With facilities spanning the globe, Martin-Baker has established an extensive range of unique, specialist engineering capabilities. They ensure that all Martin-Baker products are of the highest quality and reliability and will always perform as designed â&#x20AC;&#x201C; first time, every time. Martin-Baker has saved over 7,500 aircrew lives for more than 93 air forces. Martin-Baker first approached Bremont in 2007 to create the definitive aviation watch. The limited production Bremont MBI has been made to withstand the extremely rigorous testing programme designed for the seats themselves and is exclusively available for pilots who have ejected from an aircraft using a MartinBaker seat. MBI

The tests involved shock, salt-fog, temperature, pressure, vibration and live ejections to name but a few. The end product has since become an icon in the world of military and civilian aviation and while the MBI is reserved for the elite few, the MBII and MBIII are available to all.

THE BOEING PARTNERSHIP Boeing’s extraordinary expertise in advanced material technology, together with Bremont’s enviable track record in chronometer manufacture have resulted in a partnership of exploration into the development and advancement of mechanical watch construction. Under this exclusive collaboration, Bremont have released a range of chronometers featuring Boeing aviation-grade materials and design influences. Bremont have been granted extensive access to Boeing’s material and manufacturing technology at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre in Sheffield, United Kingdom and its historical and archival materials. With a well-known heritage in aviation and a uniquely deep understanding of aerospace, Bremont has created a number of exquisite timepieces influenced by Boeing aircraft. These include the B-52 Stratofortress, C-17 Globemaster III, CH-47 Chinook and F-15 Eagle Driver.

The Bremont Boeing Model 1 is the first of four Bremont timepieces that reflect Boeing’s extensive expertise in advanced material research. The Supermarine 500 is a diver’s watch inspired by our aviation principles. The 43mm case can withstand depths of 500 meters and contains an anti-magnetic Faraday case and anti-shock case mount. It also has an automatic helium escape valve for professional diving requirements.

The ALT1-P is designed for those who demand both accuracy and clarity. The clear SuperLumiNova® hands and dial numbers make it a popular choice with aviation professionals.

The core range ALT1-B chronograph hails directly from the military. The design closely mirrors the watch Bremont delivered to elite B2 ‘Stealth Bomber’ Aircrew in 2012. Based on the ALT1-Z, it features a black DLC coated stainless steel case and subdued design features to create a stealthy look.

BREMONT ROTORS AND CASE BACKS All Bremont watches are mechanical with a self-winding movement. For large scale orders, there is an option to customise the rotor component featured on the back of each timepiece. The rotor of a mechanical watch rotates during normal wear and keeps the watch fully wound during regular use. The watch will continue to run once removed from the wrist for 38-42 hours (based on the model) until the power reserve is depleted, at which time the user must wind the watch and reset the time/date as required. Manually winding the crown fully 30-40 revolutions will ensure the movement is back to full power reserve.
