Jr. Architect - Mgoes Arquitetura + Design| Brazil June 2017 - July 2018
Main activities: Coordination of multiple Commercial Projects in Canada and the USA simultaneously, assisting the PM. Issuing contracts, PO’s, RFI’s, and change orders, material Procurement. Assisting with all communication with project stakeholders including subtrades, consultants and clients.
Main activities: Interior and architectural design of commercial buildings, such as Bayer, Drogasil, and Ademilar. Conceptual 2D and 3D models, Design development, working construction drawings, including detailing of millwork and washroom and kitchen enlarged plans, material sample board of finishes and descriptive detailing spreadsheet.
Professional experience in developing architectural and interior design for all of phases of project (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents (IFC) and Consultants coordination) development of bids and proposals.
