What We Are Our Manifesto 1. We draw on location, indoors or out, capturing what we see from direct observation. 2. Our drawings tell the story of our surroundings, the places we live and where we travel. 3. Our drawings are a record of time and place. 4. We are truthful to the scenes we witness. 5. We use any kind of media and cherish our individual styles. 6. We support each other and draw together. 7. We share our drawings online. 8. We show the world, one drawing at a time.

What can we do for you? You are invited to partner with us at our 9th annual international symposium where approximately 500 sketchers from over 40 countries will gather in Porto, Portugal from July 18-21, 2018. One of the benefits of symposium attendance is the opportunity to try new products and services and to share ideas with other serious artists. Symposium participants return home and spread the word about what they learned and products they like amongst our 120,000 members in 200 international chapters that are hosted on social media platforms and become loyal supporters of our sponsors, advertisers and partners. Symposium attendees have significant disposable income to support their artistic endeavors. They seek the best and most innovative products and services. Many USK members look forward to the annual Symposium as the ultimate source for expertise in art supplies, drawing and painting techniques, and other ancillary products and services.
