My thesis is about the mixed-use development in TOD Setiabudi. The site is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman

Kavling 75, Kuningan, Setiabudi District, South Jakarta City. This land is about 7.2 hectares which shows that this is a vacant land. This land has the potential to be developed because it is located in Jakarta's golden triangle and is integratedwithvarioustypesofmasstransportation.

The development of a mixed-use area is suitable for this land because it could integrate multiple activities within one area, save transportation costs and travel time, improveproductivity,alsominimizeurbansprawl.

Based on the internal and external analysis, making the building orientedtowardsthewestresultedin a good view. The entrance and exit access will also be located on the western side to maximize vehicle circulation. Additionally, the site will be surrounded by vegetation to reducenoise.

Based on the internal and external analysis, creating a building oriented towardsthesouth,resultedinagoodview, sufficient lighting, as well as minimizing wind exposure. Additionally, the entrance andexitaccesswillalsobelocatedonthe southern side to maximize vehicle circulation. The site will also be equipped with vegetation on the southern part, serving to reduce noise and act as a waterinfiltrationarea.

The site planning aims to provide vertical housing for low-income people to ensure they have a safe, comfortable, and decent living environment.Theselectionofthelocationisbasedonthepopulation density in the area that are lack of housing facilities or in slum settlements. Kiaracondong District, Bandung City are facing these issues that are need to be resolved. To be able to develop vertical housing, an internal and external analysis are necessary to fulfill the requirementsatthesitelocation.

The analysis results indicate the need to develop vertical housing equipped with a central activity center consisting of public and social facilities, provision of vegetation to reduce noise, and the ationofawaterinfiltrationareaonthesouthernpartofthesite.

The land consolidation planning is going to be perform in Kiaracondong District, Bandung City. The main objective of this planning is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the land use. Furthermore, land consolidation brings benefits to both landowners and the general public. Land availability for public access, populations, schools & hospital will increase.

The type of land consolidation that I will be using is vertical housing development. Vertical housing can help reorganize slum settlements. An internal and external analysis are necessarytofulfilltherequirementsatthesitelocation.

The analysis of land suitability and the recommendation of waste disposal areas in Salatiga City are conducted to meet the community's needs for a waste disposal system. In Salatiga City, the volume of waste dumped at waste disposal areas exceeds their capacity. This leads to issues such as hindered waste treatment and transportation, as well as thespreadofdiseases,etc.

The analysis results are presented in the form of a poster. The poster consists of background,problemformulation,objectives,dataandmethods,workflow,output map,andconclusions.

From the analysis conducted, it is known that Salatiga City has 22 designated wastedisposalsitesthatcomplywiththeapplicableregulationsandcoverseveral districtsinthecity.Outof23sub-districts,therearestill5sub-districtsthatarenot covered by waste disposal sites. Based on the population and the amount of waste generated, it is necessary to construct waste disposal sites in those areas. Additionally, to anticipate issues such as disease outbreaks and hindered waste transportation, the construction of waste disposal sites can be carried out at the recommended locations that meet the criteria for waste disposal site development.

THETYPOLOGYOF INFRASTRUCTURE

This poster is one of my assignments which conducted to identify the typology of infrastructures around my house. There are 5 observed infrastructures, such as clean water, road, waste management, wastewater,anddrainage.Thisobservationwasconductedtodetermine whether the existing condition of these infrastructures meets the establishedstandards.

CREATIVEPOSTER DESIGNCOMPETITION 'RUANGPLANO3.0'

"The creative poster design competition 'Ruang plano.3.0' was organized byHimpunanMahasiswaPlanologiMandalanata,NorthSumatraInstitute of Technology (ITERA) in 2021. The competition carried the theme of 'sustainable governance as a strategy to enhance better regional governance for the welfare of society.' From this theme, my team and I chose the title 'The Use of Student Pass in Public Transportation as an Effort to Improve Governance in DKI Jakarta Province.' This title has its background in the low interest of young people in using public transportation. It was discovered that the student pass can serve as a practical solution to address the challenges of sustainable governance, specifically'policyperformance-sustainabilitypolicyoutcome'.
