Reasons For Exploration
Discovery People sometimes explore to find and discover new things to help the earth. For example the First travelers left Africa to look for new places to live. Later explorers went on journeys to trade with other people. People explorer to be famous or learn and discover new things that no-one have found before. There are more different reasons people explore.
Famous These are the things that you can get or be: .Money. .Rare stuff. .Fame. .Gold. .Power. .Religion.
People explore to be famous. Explore is dangerous but Neil Armstrong was brave and went to the moon!!!! So that means he was the first man on the moon.Also British archaeologist Howard carter found the tomb of Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamen in 1922.
This picture is about saving the earth. So.....some explorers find some golds and they could share those with the poor people.
Challenge People explore to challenge themselves. Sometimes it will be hard but when you keep on exploring then maybe you can break records or find golds so you can be rich! Some peoples want to be the first on something. Then they could be famous. For example Joseph Lister explored....then he discovered the antiseptic method in witch a germ-killing substance.
How has exploration changed over time? How did people explore?
Tools/what did they bring
It changed over time because in the olden time they went with boat or by foot or they used animals. But now we use Jets,Planes,Rockets to go to the moon. So it changed by technology. And now there is not a lot of exploring because we know most every thing.For example Marco Polo traveled by camels. In the Age of Exploration they traveled by horses and ships. They traveled by space shuttle,plane,ships in the 20th Century. The way people has changed is by time.
People brought many things to explore. For example Marco Polo brought food,camels,water,swords,medic ine and cloth. And in "Age of Exploration" they brought sword,horses,arrows,bows and food. But in the Polar Exploration they brought ship,dog,life bout and jackets. Because it is in a cold place. And last of all in the 20th Century they brought engines and maps to explore the land and they bring space shuttle and space suit when they go to explore space.
Why do people explore? In the olden time they explored because to figure out new things. More recently they explored to be the first people or to challenge themselves. For example Neil Armstrong wanted to be the first people on the moon! In the Polar Exploration they explore to be the first people to visit! But in the Age of Exploration they explored to concur asters and be rich! There are many different reasons to explore.
What happens when people explore? World
The world changed more safer. Also it changed more better to!!!!! For example Joseph Lister made surgery safer. He is an explorer that discovered the antiseptic method. It got safer by foods,cloths medicine and more.

Many explore and technology When people explore they get result like smart,power,famous and rich. Sometimes the country with explorers get more land because they explore. And the native peoples loses there land. So natives become slaves and Europeans become rich! Africans started trading to have more slaves on the sugar cane farms. Today because of exploration the world is connected in many ways.
Joseph Lister is a doctor. He discovered the antiseptic method. He made operation safety.
This is Neil Armstrong. He is the first man on the moon! And he was born in 1930 and died in 2012. Marie Curie wanted to try new things that no women's have tried. So at last she got two novel prize.
