Exercise 1 “Forming and Making In this exercise we were just started to try to understand what each person is able to create with just three fundamental elements: Linear elements, Planar elements, as well as volumetric elements. With these three different styles of architecture we began to understand the qualities that each of these elements to affect a model.

Exercise 2.3 “Elements and Oper This exercise was designed to more target specific element, volumentric. This element is unique because of the fact that you can alter the dimension of each piece of foam with the foamcutter. This element can be used to show different depths within our spaces. This variety of spaces can help diversify any spacial elements that came along with the project.

Exercise 4 “Case Study Analysis This exercise was designed to help the students think critically on how they would analyze another building and understand how it works. The point of this exercise was to critically understand the bits and creases of each project. I was given the Moriyama House designned by SANAA architects. Their style of architecture truly has changed the way that I see their work ever again.
