Free activities for kids during the summer holidays

Children and young people can kickstart their summer holidays with free activities for school-aged children (aged 4-16 years) who are eligible for and receive benefits-related free school meals.

This summer’s fun-filled Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) will include creating a podcast, DJ workshops, pottery, African drumming and more! Eligible children will also be given a healthy nutritious meal every day over the school summer holiday from 27 July to 3 September. The HAF Programme is funded by the Department for Education.
