My biography Brent Stewart is a seasoned luxury property specialist who brings an attitude of uncompromising professionalism and a passionate drive for excellence to his real estate practice. Since 2012, he has served a spectrum of exclusive clients throughout the everexpanding Las Vegas real estate market, from celebrities, professional athletes, VIPs, and CEOs to growing families and firsttime home buyers. Brent’s successes early on in his career, which included selling multi-million dollar properties in his first year as an agent and building a strong clientele through referrals, are a testament to his impressive list of enviable skills and market knowledge. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of California Fullerton, Brent started his career in the real estate mortgage lending business that spanned over 25 years in California and Nevada. After a period of time in the Silver State, Brent decided to jump to the other side of the fence and experience Las Vegas’ thriving market as a Realtor®. He soon developed a love of modern architecture and interior design, and relishes seeing the delight of his buyers when he locates the home of their dreams. His clients appreciate his attention to detail, and his tenacity to negotiate the best terms and price for them. Brent’s expertise enables him to advise Sellers on how to achieve top dollar for their home by diligently overseeing every aspect of the home from staging, professional photography, video, innovative advertising and an effective marketing plan. While Brent revels in the unique experiences and satisfaction his work brings, he also enjoys the time he’s able to spend with his family. Proud of his children’s achievements and excited for what their future will bring, his daughter is in her senior year of high school, and his son is in the Honors College at UNLV after graduating with Advanced and National Honors. He continues to volunteer with his children for FEAT of Southern Nevada and Three Square in the hope of making a difference in the lives of children with Autism and others in need of a school meal.

Do you believe your property would sell at a fixed price, or do you believe that it would sell in a range of prices based on the marketing, photography, real estate brand and negotiation skills of your agent?
