An environmental checklist analysis for the proposed project was prepared, which found that the proposed project would not create any impacts beyond those anticipated in connection with the General Plan EIR. Therefore, the previously approved EIR remains valid and, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, which identifies the requirements for subsequent analysis, no further environmental review is required.
