THE DIFFERENCE Our Agent Services Department – the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Perimeter Extra . . . The norm for local real estate offices with 40+ agents is to have a listing secretary and a closing secretary. Some may have a full-time receptionist and others use the duty agent as the receptionist. At the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Perimeter office, we have gone beyond the norm. We offer our agents the services of a listing/advertising secretary, a contract/closing secretary, a full-time weekday receptionist, a weekend receptionist who are all part of our Agent Services Department. Our Agent Services Department will: •
Prepare marketing material for agents to use on listing and buyer presentations

Assist agents with the handling of paperwork and listing/contract processes

Input and maintain agent listings in both FMLS and GAMLS including uploading photos

Help agents with online advertising outlets for listings and marketing themselves

Create and print flyers for all our agent listings

Prepare materials for agents to mail to these various lists

Upload all transaction related documents to HomeBase to allow 24/7 access

Create and update agent resumes/bios and other public relations materials

Generate eBlast of agent events such as Caravans and Open Houses to appropriate targets
