Free The Z Turkey Drive
On November 18, 2014, Brewer Federal Credit Union helped participate and donate money and turkeys to the Free The Z Turkey Drive which was held in the Brewer Hannaford Parking lot. Free The Z is a yearly radio station donation which helps feed the people of Maine for Thanksgiving. Donators can give a turkey or a money donation to help! This year, they tried reaching 2,014 turkeys and succeed in about 3 days! It's for a great cause and many people venture out into the cold to help feed those in need of a warm Thanksgiving meal!
