erritos placed public safety at the top of their list in 2012-2013, spending over $12 million, employing 67 sworn deputies, 18 support staff, and 48 Community Safety personnel. Residential burglaries in the city rose 17%, 283 vs. 217 from 2011 numbers. At last week’s state of the city, Mayor Barrows placed blame on the state’s AB 109 realignment, which relieved crowding in the state’s prisons by sending those convicted of less serious crimes to county jails. In response to this trend, the city will increase its safety budget to $13.65 million, which is $276 per resident in Cerritos.

L.A. County Police Chiefs Endorse Sánchez Gun Violence Prevention Bill Congresswoman Linda Sánchez (CA-38) announced that the Los Angeles County Police Chiefs Association (LACPCA) has endorsed H.R. 793, “The Firearm Safety and Buyback Grant Act of 2013.” Congresswoman Sánchez introduced H.R. 793 in February to give local law enforcement agencies more options to help promote gun safety and fund comprehensive anti-violence campaigns.

“I am honored that Los Angeles County Police Chiefs’ Association is endorsing The Firearm Safety and Buyback Grant Act,” said Congresswoman Linda Sánchez. “Our local police departments need the proper resources to carry out anti-violence campaigns, gun safety campaigns, and firearms buyback programs to get unwanted guns off the streets. My bill is a positive first step towards preventing gun violence and keeping our communities safe. I look forward to working with the LACPCA as we continue to gain support for this common sense gun violence prevention legislation.” “Local law enforcement agencies need all the tools available to prevent gun violence in our communities. Congresswoman Sánchez has put forward responsible gun violence prevention legislation that will help get weapons off our streets, preventing them from winding up in the hands of criminals. Local police departments are often operating under tight budget constraints, and the Congresswoman’s bill and the federal grant program it establishes would make it possible for local law enforcement to fully fund anti-violence campaigns,” said Long Beach Police Chief Jim McDonnell, LACPCA President. The LACPCA membership voted unanimously to endorse The Firearm Safety and Buyback Grant Act. Background The Firearm Safety and Buyback Grant Act of 2013 would establish a grant program within the Department of Justice in which grants would be eligible to state, tribal, and local units of government and law enforcement agencies to carry out anti-violence campaigns, gun safety campaigns, and firearms buyback programs. H.R. 793 is also supported by Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

General Fund Revenues and in turn current year cash receipts. The Governor has maintained his focus on reforming education finance with the new Local Control Funding Formula. Some of the key changes in the May Revision include the following: § $1.9 billion to begin implementation of a new school finance formula (Local Control Funding Formula) § $1 billion one time funding to implement the common core state standards § $413 million for energy efficiency projects in schools from Prop.39 revenues § $100 million increase for K-12 Mandate Block Grant to fund the Science Graduation Requirement and Behavioral Intervention Plan mandates § $62.8 million for a 1.65% COLA for selected categorical programs. The Legislature is expected to adopt a budget by June 15, 2013 and the Governor is expected to sign it by July 1, 2013. The May Revision proposes to maintain the status quo for Adult School for the next two years. The Governor’s earlier proposal was to move it under the community colleges. The budget provides funding the Adult School only in the areas of English as a second language, citizenship, high school diploma, general education development (GED) and workplace education. Under the new Local Control Funding Formula, ABCUSD is expected to receive approximately $6 million in additional funding. We also especially welcome the allocation of $3.4 million to ABC Unified School District for implementation of the new Common Core State Standards. The one time funds will be used for professional development, instructional materials and technology. The infusion of new funds for technology is critical as we prepare for the new computer adaptive tests under the

I reside near the intersection of Valley View and Foster Road in La Mirada and most every night there seem to be multiple episodes of Sheriff’s and various emergency vehicles parading down the streets with their forever loud sirens and horn honks. Is it really THAT necessary to run their obnoxious sounding and everlasting sirens for every little call they get? I do realize that the neighborhoods that surround the Valley View and Imperial intersection have a reputation of drugs and gang activity but I never read about any serious arrests related to this area. Can I, you or someone talk to the La Mirada Sheriff’s Department about this? Ron M. (Sleep deprived law abiding citizen)

CAROLINA ESTRELLA
BURGLARY
Continued from page 1 manslaughter charges, leaving the scene of a crime, and other additional felony counts, legal experts confirmed to Los Cerritos Community Newspaper. “My mother was loved by everyone here in our community,” said daughter Leonora Estrella who was at the scene grieving with other members of her family, and searching for answers. Estrella was walking eastbound in the crosswalk when a red vehicle struck her. “The driver failed to remain at the scene of the collision and fled south bound on Norwalk Boulevard and out of view,” said Sergeant Rich Peña and Sergeant Diane Hecht from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. “All she was doing was walking across the street to get to New Life Community Church to help deliver food to those here in our community who are in need,” family member Estrellita Legaspi told LCCN in an interview at the scene. Legaspi and other family members were building a memorial at the location just hours after members of the Lakewood Sheriff’s Department had left scene by 8:30 a.m. Estrella, who had movie star looks, was the mother of 13 adult children, many who live in the Cerritos and Artesia community. “My mother wasn’t some sort of an animal or a dog or a cat that someone can kill with their car and think that it is okay,” Legaspi told reporters at a press conference at the scene. “My mother was an Angel who did not deserve to be slaughtered here on the street.” “To the person who did this horrific crime, I urge you to turn yourself into the police,” Legaspi continued with tears flowing down her face. Estrella’s walker, along with a portrait of her and flowers now mark the location of where the horrific scene took place. “They said (law enforcement) that the vehicle is red in color and it has lots of damage to it,” Legaspi said. “Someone knows who this person is and they need to do the right thing and turn themselves into the Lakewood Sheriff’s,” Legaspi continued. “My mother dedicated her life to our family and our community. We are shocked, and stunned that this happened,” Legaspi said. Anyone with any additional information or who may have witnessed the traffic collision is encouraged to contact Investigator Chris Bronowicki of the Lakewood Station Traffic Detail at (562) 623-3500. If you prefer to provide information anonymously, you may call “Crime Stoppers” by dialing (800) 222-TIPS (8477), or texting the letters TIPLA plus your tip to CRIMES (274637), or by using the websitehttp://lacrimestoppers.org.

18% of the cities in the U.S. with 7.61 burglaries per thousand residents, compared to 7.02 nationwide. Theft in Cerritos is 26% higher than the nationwide average, 19.77 per thousand versus 24.8 in Cerritos. Only violent crime is lower than the nationwide average. The city’s business environment is in better shape than public safety, with overall retail sales in the city projected to increase 11.2%. City Manager Art Gallucci said the increase in sales is projected to bring in over $2 million in additional sales tax revenue to the city. Auto Square sales are estimated to increase 18.2% over the 49,000 cars sold in 2012. The resulting 58,000 cars sold would shatter the previous all-time sales record set in 2003 of 54,000. But a closer inspection indicates that the projection could be an extremely optimistic estimate of 2013 auto sales. According to data, 18,340 cars or 3,900 per month have been sold from Jan 1 to May 19 of this year. Reaching the projected 58,000 cars, sales would have to jump

Miss Artesia Contestant Gives ‘Inside Look’ Into Pageant EDITORS NOTE: This Saturday is the Miss Artesia and Miss Artesia Teen Pageant which will be held at the Albert O. Little Community Center. We wish all of the contestants the very best of luck. Here is a “first hand” look at the pageant from the “inside” from Varshini Satish, who is one of the Miss Artesia contestants. By Varshini Satish What is the first thing that comes to mind when the word “pageant” is spoken? Is it disturbing and horrific images of toddlers getting tans and donning fake eyelashes and a dress running into the thousand dollar range strutting about on stage? Or is it the same scenario just altered a bit

for a different age group drawing in television viewers from all over the world? All these and more were the first thoughts that popped into my head and most certainly my parent’s, as I handed them a flyer for a pageant. Whatever the images that first come to mind, I decided to participate in a pageant myself. I first heard about the Miss Artesia and Miss Teen Artesia pageant through a senior in my school who insisted that I would love it just as she had during her time on the court. I glanced at the paper she had given me and had my reservations, but she again insisted that I would love it and it required more than what I thought, stressing the fact that it was based on one’s speaking skills more than sequins. With that, my interest was piqued as I am an active member of my school’s Model United Nations team which stresses communication skills. That evening, I showed my parents the flyer I had been given and when the time for the informational meeting came, I dragged my mother to it. Scanning the room at that very first meeting, my mother and I were relieved to see some familiar faces from my school which put both of us more at ease knowing that I would not be alone in this totally new experience. Erin Miranda, the director

of the pageant for the past few years and a princess herself previously, led the meeting in an informative and assertive style, again emphasizing that the pageant went far beyond looking for that “classic pageant queen,” and demanded more time, energy, and focus than any of us thought. That first meeting was more than a month and a half ago, and everything Ms. Erin said has held true. All the contestants have been meeting each Saturday morning from 11am – 1pm going over speaking skills, presence, and grace to prepare us for this weekend. The girls I have met come from various backgrounds and each has a unique personality and I have enjoyed learning from them all. Taking part in this process has completely changed my perspective of what the title of a pageant queen means from just a tiara and dress to a community representative who highlights all the best qualities of the community she comes from. Regardless of what happens at the pageant which is split into a closed interview by the judges, an evening gown, an onstage question, and active wear section, the lessons of poise, compassion, dedication, and communication that I have learned from these practices are ones that I know I will carry on into the future. know only too well the painful effects of the disease. Please join Dr. Javier Quesada from Pioneer Medical Group to learn more about shingles and what to do if you think you may have the disease. The lecture will be at the Cerritos Senior Center, 12340 South Street, Cerritos, (562) 916-8550, Wednesday, June 26th at 1:00pm. Must be 50 + to be able to attend this event.

The Punishers 10-Under team lost to the So Cal Warriors 7-4 last Friday but bounced back in the double elimination bracket to defeat the Power Surge 9-1 and So Cal Swagger 9-3 last Friday. The team kept up the winning streak last Saturday with wins over the Corona Angels (4-2) and Team Mizuno (5-1) before falling to the Warriors again (10-9). The 10-Under Nationals are in Bowling Green, KY. The Punishers 12-Under team won all three games last Friday beginning with a 15-0 win over the Stealth (Johnson), followed by a 9-0 win over the nemesis Elite and an 11-2 win over the So Cal Wicked (Acuna). The next day, the Punishers were edged by the Corona Angels 3-2, but came back to defeat the USA Athletics 7-4, the So Cal Wicked again 4-1 and the Firecrackers (Araujo) 7-4 before losing to the Corona Angels again 1-0. The 12-Under Nationals are in Chattanooga. In other softball action, the Cerritos Girls Softball Association 8-Under AllStars won the San Dieguito Memorial
Day Tournament by defeating Laguna Niguel in the Gold Division this past Monday. The Cal A’s 18-Under Gold team, featuring sophomores Heather Cameron and Jennifer Iseri of Cerritos High, won five of six games last weekend in the American Pastime Tournament in Fontana. Playing after only two practices as a new team, the Cal A’s edged the California Cruisers 3-2 and the Firecrackers (Pasco) 2-1 last Saturday, doubled up Bownet 6-3 and blanked the Stealth 3-0 this past Sunday and split a pair of games this past Monday. In high school action, Cerritos junior Ryan Shelton kept his track and field season going by advancing to the California Interscholastic Federation State Preliminaries in the high jump. Last Friday in the Masters Meet, Shelton finished in third place with a mark of 6’ 7”, the same distance he jumped in the Division II finals. His mark is second best in Cerritos High history. The prelims are today at Buchanan High in Fresno.
tax revenue. If the square maintains the 3,900 per month, that would generate $9.5 million, $2.3 million less revenue. In other business news, Gallucci ponyed out other Cerritos businesses who invested in expanding and improving their facilities. Walmart in the Cerritos Towne Center celebrated the grand opening of a 25,000-square-feet expansion.
A Sleep Number store recently opened on South and Gridley, and construction of a new two-story office building on Gridley Road is almost complete. Gallucci talked about the city budget, which has been reduced by about $15 million from fiscal year 2008-2009 to 20122013. The savings were achieved by not filling about 47 open city positions, among other cost-saving measures, he said.

HIGH EXPECTATIONS ONCE AGAIN FALL SHORT FOR GAHR, BOUNCED OUT IN QUARTERFINALS
2013 SPRING ALL-AREA TEAMS By Loren Kopff lorenkopff@aol.com

T
ime after time, Gerardo Perez talks about what it takes to play baseball at Gahr High School. The nine-year head coach uses the word expectation a lot in his discussions. With a potent offense that was hovering near the .400 clip and a nearly untouchable pitching staff, this was the season that many thought the Gladiators could bring home their first California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section trophy. But just like the other 39 times before this season, the phrase, ‘wait until next year’ will be used again. After rallying to tie the game in the bottom of the fourth, Gahr allowed single runs in the fifth and seventh as visiting Diamond Bar upset the third ranked Gladiators 5-3 last Friday in a Division III quarterfinal game. Gahr ends the season at 22-6. “As far as the expectations, we’re at Gahr High School and [former head coach] Tom [Bergeron] was here for 35 years,” Perez said. “You come here with those expectations. The group of seniors that we have is a classy group of seniors.” Diamond Bar, the second place team out of the Hacienda League, jumped all over senior Andrew Encinas in the top of the first with a pair of runs via a base hit from Zeph Walters and a double play ground out from Sean Patton. After leaving the bases loaded in its half of the frame, Gahr got on the board in the second when freshman designated hitter David Balboa reached on an error and scored when senior second baseman Edgar Morales reached on another error. But the San Gabriel Valley League champions stranded two more runners on base. Now trailing 3-1 with one out in the bottom of the fourth, Walters hit Morales and walked senior catcher Greg Humbert.

Gahr Baseball Dominates Again While Area Softball Teams More Balanced
CIF-SOUTHERN SECTION DIVISION III BASEBALL PLAYOFFS
y now, it’s almost a given that Gahr’s baseball team will bat well over .350 and have several players eclipse the .400 mark. That’s what happened again despite the team failing to get past the quarterfinals in the California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section playoffs. Artesia, John Glenn and Norwalk battled for a playoff spot in the final weeks while Valley Christian struggled in its defense to win another Olympic League title, but still won a playoff game. In softball action, Artesia continued to improve while Cerritos was the only Suburban League team to win a playoff game. Gahr’s offense was one not to sleep on and Valley Christian was impressive despite some early season setbacks. Here are the recipients of the Los Cerritos Community News 2013 Spring All-Area Teams. BASEBALL FIRST TEAM P-Andrew Encinas (Gahr) P-Greg Humbert (Gahr) C-Tyler McLurg (Valley Christian) 1B-Clayton Granch (Valley Christian) 2B-Edgar Morales (Gahr) 3B-Kevin Franklin (Gahr) SS-Adonis Morrison (Gahr) LF-Cody McKittrick (Valley Christian) CF-Jaime Estrada (Gahr) RF-Joe Dressel (Gahr) DH-David Balboa (Gahr) SECOND TEAM P-Carlos Garcia (Norwalk) P-Nico Morandini (Valley Christian) C-Joseph Borjorquez (Norwalk) 1B-Daniel Gomez (Gahr) 2B-Joseph Herrera (Artesia) 3B-Jack Struiksma (Valley Christian) SS-Patrick Avila (Valley Christian) LF-Jesse Rodriguez (Norwalk) CF-Jacob Carr (Norwalk) RF-Deven Galindo (John Glenn) DH-Rene Gaytan (John Glenn)

Gahr senior Jaime Estrada and senior third baseman Kevin Franklin share this accolade. Estrada, who will be taking his talents to the University of Oregon, led the Gladiators with a .479 average that included 35 hits, 24 runs batted in and nine doubles. Franklin, who is headed for Arizona State University, batted .448, had 39 hits, drove in 37 runs, had 10 doubles and nine home runs. Co-Pitchers of the Year: Again, it was hard to pick one but Gahr seniors Andrew Encinas and Greg Humbert were the best pitching duo in the area. Encinas (University of Nevada) sported a record of 8-2 and had an earned run average of 1.27. He struck out 68 batters in 66 innings and walked only eight. Humbert, a transfer from Mayfair High, will be attending California State University, Los Angeles and had an ERA of 1.08, struck out 57 and walked 13. Coach of the Year: Following in the footsteps of the legendary Tom Bergeron is Gahr’s Gerardo Perez, who is no stranger to 20+ win seasons. He has five in nine seasons and has compiled 175 victories opposite 86 losses. He also coached the Gladiators to consecutive San Gabriel Valley League titles for the first time in his nine seasons at Gahr. TO ADVERTISE CALL 800-901-7211 NOTICE OF DIVIDED PUBLICATION Made pursuant to Section 3381, Revenue and Taxation Code Pursuant to Sections 3381 through 3385, Revenue and Taxation Code, the Notice of Power to Sell Tax-Defaulted Property in and for Los Angeles County, State of California, has been divided and distributed to various newspapers of general circulation published in the County. A portion of the list appears in each of such newspapers. NOTICE OF IMPENDING POWER TO SELL TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTY Made pursuant to Section 3361, Revenue and Taxation Code Notice is hereby given that real property taxes and assessments on the parcels described below will have been defaulted five or more years, or, in the case of nonresidential commercial property, property on which a nuisance abatement lien has been recorded or that can serve the public benefit by providing housing or services directly related to low-income persons when three or more years have elapsed and a request has been made by a city, county, city and county, or nonprofit organization that property will become subject to the Tax Collector’s power to sell. The parcels listed will become subject to the Tax Collector’s power to sell on July 1, 2013, at 12:01 a.m., by operation of law. The Tax Collector’s power to sell will arise unless the property is either redeemed or made subject to an installment plan of redemption initiated as provided by law prior to 5:00 p.m., on June 28, 2013. The right to an installment plan terminates on June 28, 2013, and after that date the entire balance due must be paid in full to prevent sale of the property at public auction. The right of redemption survives the property becoming subject to the power to sell, but it terminates at 5:00 p.m. on the last business day before actual sale of the property by the Tax Collector. All information concerning redemption or the initiation of an installment plan of redemption will be furnished, upon request, by Mark J. Saladino, Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector, 225 North Hill Street, First Floor, Los Angeles, California 90012. The amount to redeem, in dollars and cents, is set forth opposite its parcel number. This amount includes all defaulted taxes, penalties, and fees that have accrued from the date of tax-default to the date of June 28, 2013. I certify, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct. Dated this 2nd day of May, 2013.

Copies of the lost will and any codicils are available for examination in the file kept by the court. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. IF YOU NEED AN EXPLANATION OF THE NATURE OF THE PROCEEDING AGAINST YOU, YOU SHOULD CONTACT A LAWYER. Notice is hereby given that RECONTRUST COMPANY, N.A., as duly appointed trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by HYUN AE PARK, A MARRIED WOMAN AS HER SOLE AND SEPARATE PROPERTY, dated 06/05/2007 and recorded 6/15/2007, as Instrument No. 20071449262, in Book N/A, Page N/A, of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, State of California, will sell on 07/08/2013 at 9:00AM, Doubletree Hotel Los Angeles-Norwalk, 13111 Sycamore Drive, Norwalk, CA 90650, Vineyard Ballroom at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash or check as described below, payable in full at time of sale, all right, title, and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust, in the property situated in said County and State and as more fully described in the above referenced Deed of Trust. The street address and other common designation, if any, of the real property described above is purported to be: 16013 RIDGEVIEW LANE, LA MIRADA, CA, 90638. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. The total amount of the unpaid balance with interest thereon of the obligation secured by the property to be sold plus reasonable estimated costs, expenses and advances at the time of the initial publication of the Notice of Sale is $769,992.02. It is possible that at the time of sale the opening bid may be less than the total indebtedness due. In addition to cash, the Trustee will accept cashier's checks drawn on a state or national bank, a check drawn by a state or federal credit union, or a check drawn by a state or federal savings and loan association, savings association, or savings bank specified in Section 5102 of the Financial Code and authorized to do business in this state. Said sale will be made, in an ''AS IS'' condition, but without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances, to satisfy the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, advances thereunder, with interest as provided, and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as provided in said Note, plus fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a trustee auction. You will be bidding on a lien, not on a property itself. Placing the highest bid at a trustee auction does not automatically entitle you to free and clear ownership of the property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder's office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call 1-800-281-8219 or visit this Internet Web site www.recontrustco.com, using the file number assigned to this case TS No. 09-0028528. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder’s office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. No. 20072391481, in book XX, page XX, of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, State of California, executed by: Constance R. Tripp, a single woman, will sell at public auction to highest bidder for cash, cashier’s check drawn on a state or national bank, a check drawn by a state or federal credit union, or a check drawn by a state or federal savings and loan association, savings association, or savings bank specified in Section 5102 of the financial code and authorized to do business in this state: Behind the fountain located in Civic Center Plaza, 400 Civic Center Plaza Pomona, California, all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Completely described in said Deed of Trust. The street address and other common designation, if any, of the real property described above is purported to be: 12341 Edgefield Street, Cerritos, CA 90703-8430. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be held, but without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the Trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust. The total amount of the unpaid balance of the obligation secured by the property to be sold and reasonable estimated costs, expenses and advances at the time of the initial publication of the Notice of Sale is: $724,555.53. The undersigned caused said Notice of Default and Election to Sell to be recorded in the County where the real property is located. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a Trustee auction. You will be bidding on a lien, not on the property itself. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or Deed of Trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale date shown on this Notice of Sale may be postponed one or more times by the Mortgagee, Beneficiary, Trustee, or a Court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about Trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call (619)5901221 or visit the internet website www.rppsales. com, using the file number assigned to this case 1380664-31. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not immediately be reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web Site. The best way to verify postponement information is to attend the scheduled sale. For sales information: (619)590-1221. Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation, 525 East Main Street, P.O.
