The answer is yes we can maintain luxurious and good life in Resilient Cluster. The cluster first implication is to lessen car need to go work, shop, and home. The site situated in Kensington market district residential zone. It is most diverse and vibrant community that people will be desire to live in next few decade. Self-sufficient, optimize space, material adaptability, and social gathering is key highlight of this cluster. Moreover, the building provides social connection, economic opportunity, and environmental responsible that everyone wants to be. Renewable energy like ground source heat pump, solar PV panel, rainwater capture, greywater, blackwater treatment system within the building reduce energy and water consumption but major implication is environmental friendly. The building will be most interesting paradigm shift in this neighborhood with passive intervention with close loop process throughout the building system will be one of triumph building that sustain in after oil time.
