And for those of you who still don't think you are going to be getting enough vitamins, you can always take supplements. In summary: The low carb diet plan can provide you with the weight loss you are looking for. Just be smart about it, eat the vegetables you are allowed to eat, keep counting calories and take supplements if you feel you need the extra nutrients.
