BRIC Group – Inspection Trip It is very natural for clients to visit an area, before they consider the option of buying an investment. BRIC Group, are well – placed to offer and extend our professionalism and hospitality by providing “Inspection Trips”, for investors who are serious about investing within the Floridian market. The Inspection trip will allows the investor to physically see the investment for the first time. Our representatives will take you on a guided tour to a number of locations depending on your requirements. You will be free to ask as many questions as you wish to ensure that all the relevant information has been covered and you have a full understanding on the area and the investment itself.

What do BRIC provide towards the Inspection Trip? BRIC Group, will provide a hassle-free inspection trip viewing of Floridian properties that match the criteria and budget of any client that is interested in making an investment. We will start off by paying for accommodation within a 4 * Hotel, in your chosen location (Orlando/Tampa/Jacksonville). The duration of the Hotel stay is 2 days, 2 nights. A BRIC Group representative – will meet and greet you, and answer any further questions or queries you may have, before chauffeur driving you to the relevant land plots. You will also be introduced to our associated Property Management company, who will detail the services they offer BRIC clients. – please note that BRIC will provide payment of the Property Management company and their fees for the first 2 years of ownership During your visit we are able to open bank accounts for you to receive your rental income if required.

What Do BRIC Require From The Investor? We will do everything we can to ensure the inspection trip goes smoothly as possible for you.
However all we ask is few minor commitments from you, they are the following:
Confirmation of dates to travel. Flight details Proof of funds (please ask your BRIC representative for what qualifies)

Want to reserve before you fly? Due to the high demand for our inspection trips we work on a first come first serve basis it would be advisable to reserve a unit subject to viewing. Remember! You will have the added benefit and flexibility of swapping your deposit towards any other BRIC investment properties you view on your tour.

How does it work? 10% - of the property price is required to reserve – i.e. $79,00 (10%) = $7,900 plus $1000 admin fee. *Our compliance officer will call you to confirm proceeding subject to your viewing.
You fly to Florida and enjoy your tour with the BRIC Group You finalize your property purchases Meet the management team and back office staff. Open bank accounts. Fly back home. Our compliance officer will call you again to finalize the transaction and issue the contract. Closing on the property in two weeks, and/or, when the contracts are finalized. Pay balance before set closing date.
