Falcon Products Ltd is a leading supplier of premium grade P.T.F.E. fabrics, tapes and process conveyor belts, with over two decades of experience and knowledge of applications to call upon. P.T.F.E. fabrics and tapes are available in standard and anti-static grades in both plain and self-adhesive versions. Our products are supplied in standard widths or in tape form slit to our customers own width requirement in 15m or 30m rolls. Falcon Products Ltd also offers a bespoke cutting service and can offer special cut shapes and sizes to the customers own specification. Falc-O-Tex fabrics can also be fabricated into process conveyor belts for contact food frying, food drying, blast freezing, screen-printing, textile fusing and drying, shrink tunnels and polymer processing in either a continuous form or with a variety of mechanical fasteners. P.T.F.E. coated aramid fabrics and silicone rubber coated glass fabrics are also available if required. Other fabric thicknesses and designs including mesh fabric are available on request.

Abrasives: I
Falc-O-Tex release fabrics can be used between abrasive disk during curing. I Easy-release eliminating platen cleaning.
Aerospace: I
Falc-O-Tex and Falc-O-Stick pressure sensitive tapes can be used in the aerospace industry for plasma flame spray masking or high friction, also as a release fabric for vacuum bagging operations.
Chemicals: I
Falc-O-Tex materials can be used in the transportation of chemicals in case of spillage or corrosive operating conditions, providing a clean and contaminant free surface which is not affected by harsh chemicals, strong acids or solvents.
Curing: I
Conveying and process belts for curing of rubber extrusions. I Process belts for curing and impression of PVC backed carpets and underlay. I Release belts for curing of hot melt adhesive and adhesive tapes. I Porous series have lower level of coatings to allow for the escape of volatile gasses, air circulation for drying and curing processes.
Electrical/Electronic industry: I
PTFE is used extensively throughout the semiconductor industry, especially where high temperature processing is required. I PTFE is dimensionally stable at high and low temperatures. I High temperature dielectric applications, insulating tapes, coil and transformer wrapping, flexible ducting and barriers, cable splicing and wrapping.
Baking/Bakeries:
Bake-O-Glide™ Non-stick Reusable Baking / Cooking Liners Bake-O-Glide™ is widely used throughout the bakery, confectionery, food freezing and catering industry, for use in tins, trays, ovens, microwaves and freezers. No fat, grease or oil is required. With care Bake-O-Glide™ will last 100’s of times over. Standard sizes to fit trays 18” x 30”, 600mm x 400mm and Gastronorm 530mm x 325mm. One-Liners for lining cake tins which fit the base and sides (no cutting required) precut to suit tins up to 9”, over this size would be supplied in two pieces base and fringed wall lining for a better fit. Easy to clean, wipe with a damp cloth or wash in warm soapy Easy Clean water. Use both sides, working temperature 40°C to 260°C. Non-Stick Dishwasher Safe.

Bake-O-Glide™ Silicone Mats
Bake-O-Glide™ Non-Slip Roll Out Mat
A flexible Non-Stick Silicone Fibre Glass Mat – suitable for the commercial baker and confectioner. A must for any pastry chef when working with sticky materials such as sugar. Also great for cookies, pastries, bagels and other morning goods.
Non-Slip Roll Out Mat – one side has the same super smooth PTFE coating as the Multigrade ensuring a non-stick surface, on the other a special silicone coating that guarantees the mat stays in place when rolling out pastry, cookies, marzipan, etc., also fantastic for kneading dough.
Standard tray sizes available i.e. 30”x18”, 600mm x 400mm, Gastronorm 530mm x 325mm, other sizes available on request. Temperature range: -40°C to 250°C. The silicone non-stick mat can be used 100's of times and is easy to clean with warm water, detergent and a damp cloth. Dishwasher safe.
The Non-Slip Mat will withstand temperatures from -40°C to 260°C therefore after rolling out it is suitable to go straight from the worktop into the oven. The mat is also suitable for use in the freezer.
As with all Bake-O-Glide™ products it is reusable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Packaging: I
Falc-O-Tex and Falc-O-Stick release tape is used for the protection of heat-sealing wires and jaws in Shrinkwrapping operations and non-stick form fill sealing. I Packaging foils are welded by applying heat and pressure. I L-Sealers are generally used together with a shrink-tunnel.
Plastics: I
Falc-O-Tex release fabrics can be used for Polythene/PU extrusions coating / polythene bag and sack welding. I Release fabric for hot plate welding of plastics / white goods / automotive.
Printing: I
Open mesh belts used in Screen Printing to transport imprinted material through drying ovens and cooling chambers. I Ironing and pressing equipment. I Print dryer belts for T-shirt / paper.
Protective Curtains: I
