Kids Meals and Luncheon’s CoChairs hosted the Annual Harvest Luncheon at the Marriott Marquis with over 1,400 guests on November 11, 2022. Last year, Kid’s Meals celebrated reaching their goal of providing 1.7 million meals with the help of supporters.

Some guests shared their stories about the significance of community and how they relied on organizations that provide food. The venue had a lively atmosphere, with nine-foot orange trees and bins decorated on the stage. For entertainment, there was an auction, a raffle, and a performance by Allen.

Guests gathered for the VIP greetand-meet hosted by Co-Chairs Nancy Lisenby and Lynn Johnson, with special guests Jimmie Allen and Co-Chairs of Mimosas & Market. The event announced the purchase of a five-acre site for building a feeding facility and a grant donation from RSM to nourish children who face hunger and poverty. Visit www.kidsmealsinc.org

Kids’ Meals has delivered free and healthy meals to the homes of children who face hunger and poverty in Houston since 2006, dedicated to ending hunger in childhood through collaborations and providing resources to families.
