AYUSH UNIVERSITY

AYUSH is an acronym for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy and are the six Indian systems of medicine prevalent and practiced in India.natural medicine is preferred by most people. Covid is the clearest example of this trend; people started using it after it became available.AYUSH medicine has a long-standing history of using the physical environment to enhance wellbeing and recovery.

Designing an open space from the therapy room that connects to nature concept for creating a calm and relaxing environment. Stacking the blocks alternatively can contribute to the creation of open spaces

A mixed use high rise tower is proposed to be developed on a site of existing mall.it has a shopping mall,multilex and service apartment with green roofing on mall roof has the advantage of mitigate the heat island,energy efficiency and noice attenuation.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

craving the core,to get a space between the apartment and mall to add an green space and should get an sufficient light and ventilation for the apartment

creating the coilde in each floor will be for an green space and created as open recreation space

Base concept is to intergrate the mall and apartment with max lighting and ventilation.

The plants and vegetation act as a natural sound barrier, absorbing and diffusing noise pollution from the surrounding environment.

The design was made to oppose the formal structure of high rise building and incorporate few passive energy strategies and ecological design may also be considered

The site is located at paramankeni in chengalpattu district,tamil nadu. The major access road is the NH which runs from Chennai to Pondicherry Along the coromandel coast of India. This coastal highway attracts a lot of tourists from all over India mainly who travel from Chennai to Pondicherry. So there needs and expectations for a vacation in a beach resort.

The resort is meticulously designed with a strong emphasis on creating a sense of comfort and harmony within the rooms, while also embracing the natural surroundings within the resort’s boundaries. Each guest room is thoughtfully curated to provide a cozy and welcoming ambiance, featuring modern amenities that cater to the needs of the guests.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This thoughtful layout ensures a harmonious balance between privacy and convenience, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature while still enjoying the convenience of nearby amenities.

VILLA -1

The resort aims to offer a holistic experience, where guests can experience both comfort within their rooms and a profound connection to nature throughout the entire property. It’s a haven where they can rejuvenate their senses, immerse themselves in the beauty of the outdoors, and find a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure.

The resort site is thoughtfully divided into six distinct areas, strategically placing accommodations and essential facilities within easily accessible distances.

The picturesque valley side is ingeniously utilized for accommodation purposes

The location of this site is Sarjapur, Bangalore. The client requested an unique and straight- forward design made of local materials, therefore we came up with the idea to employ CSB block throughout the structure. Exposed brick was used for the arches and vaulting in the car porch and bedroom. The long window until beam with louvres that is joined to the slanted wall in the dining area and the arch in the automobile porch are the design’s most interesting elements. They are both accompanied by the terrace parapet.

This location is in bangalore’s bannergatta area.The client had the idea that the building should looking more aesthetics.she wants local materilas used throughout the structure,and she also needed lighting and ventilation.Therefore,we came up with the idea that the living room should have full-size windows and doors with glass as well as the double height wall.we provided on the exterior of the dinning room with random rubble masonry and the ground floor with rammed earth.exposed brick,a parametric brick wall,a jali wall and cement plaster are all present on the first level
