If you are looking for an affordable day out and your kids love animals, you will want to add Ipswich Nature Centre to your Summer bucket list. Located within Queens Park at Ipswich, this animal sanctuary has been welcoming families for over 80 years! 40 different species of animals call the Ipswich Nature Centre home; from native favourites to farm animals.

Accessibility
Ipswich Nature Centre is wheelchair accessible, and the enclosures are viewable from various heights. There are double doors to some of the animal exhibits that can make entering a little challenging, however, once inside, all the spaces have ramps. Accessible toilets are located just outside the entrance to Ipswich Nature Centre.

Entry is free, but a gold coin donation is appreciated.
