We want you to have an enjoyable experience while you are staying with us. We also want you to be safe at all times. We are committed to ensuring you all have the appropriate level of safety and protection whilst in our care.

We have very extensive Safeguarding and Prevent Policies. Our staff are trained and will not tolerate any form of bullying, abuse or radical behaviour amongst our players or staff.

We understand that you will spend time online as it can be a great way to socialise, explore and have fun. However please

Don’t look at images or content that make you feel uncomfortable

Security

The Etihad Campus is a highly secure environment with perimeter fencing and CCTV, you will be taken to and from the residence in private dedicated coaches and accompanied by members of staff. The residential accommodation also has its own security measures in place. If you notice anything unusual or suspicious at the Etihad Campus or at the residence, please speak to a member of staff straight away.
