I enjoy the rewards that being a CELTA trainer brings. It’s wonderful to see teachers growing in confidence and putting their new skills into practice.
As the course progresses new teachers and experienced teachers can see the benefits that the CELTA course has to offer. Whether the course is online or face to face, or whether it’s full time or part time, we are able to offer support along the way.
The CELTA certificate opens so many doors, from teaching whilst travelling to a full career path into training or management. I should know. I did my CELTA with this wonderful company many years ago, and now I’m a teacher trainer with BSC.
York is a beautiful walled city with winding streets and friendly people. It is small enough to walk across but big enough to have all the shops and facilities that visitors need. In 2021 it was voted as one of the best places to live in the country and is within easy reach of Manchester, London and Edinburgh by train. It’s a great place to come and study.
BSC York is located close to the city centre and is a few minutes away from cafes and restaurants. The CELTA centre is part of BSC York college and has a training room and classrooms with interactive whiteboards and a library of CELTA resources.
