Students can experience the best that this wonderful region has to offer while learning English and enjoying a range of sports and activities. Start dates: 17, 24 April

Course Details GENERAL ENGLISH

INTENSIVE ENGLISH

15 hours/week We use a special short course syllabus which focuses on improving the core skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening through immersive activities and project work. Lessons are interactive and engaging, providing a natural platform for students to practise their English. Our aim is to improve students’ confidence as quickly as possible whilst encouraging the accurate production of language including grammar.

23 hours/week This course is designed for students who are determined to improve their English quickly and still enjoy most of the exciting social activities.

Menu Options

Meals are made on site by the restaurant's catering department. Where possible, the products come from the campus farm or the surrounding area.

Lunch

Four choices, including vegetarian option, soup, pasta and potato gratin. Salad bar and fresh fruit selection also available.

Dinner

Two courses, including vegetarian option. Salad bar and fresh fruit selection also available. Please let us know about any other dietary requirements before you arrive.

SAMPLE EXCURSIONS Château de La Roche A restored castle situated in the commune of Saint-Priest-la-Roche. The castle stands on an island in the lake formed by the Villerest dam. Charlieu and its museums Home to Charlieu Abbey and many museums, this commune on the Loire region offers a historic town centre and beautiful houses. Vichy Discover this historic town with a guided tour and free time to explore.

BSC Young Learners provide an enriching excursion program, where students will be given the opportunity to enjoy unsupervised time within some of the most culturally vibrant locations in their course town. Prior to each excursion students will receive clear instructions and guidance on how to stay safe in the allocated free time area. For more information, please refer to our website.


General & Intensive English Perfect for students who want to improve their English, make new friends and discover France.

Our General English and Intensive English programmes give students confidence and accuracy when reading, writing, speaking and listening in English. Lessons involve a combination of project work and activities that provide a natural platform to practise English in different situations. Our aim is to provide a fun, engaging environment where students enjoy themselves while they learn.
