CONNECT ONE CREDIT UNION EHS DESIGN The scope of the project is to create a tech-oriented environment for credit union users. The project is currently in the Design Development phase. My role has been drafting the design document set in Revit including the floor, furniture, data & equipment, lighting plan and elevations. Other roles have been selecting light fixtures and creating lighting, finish and equipment schedules. As well as coordinating with furniture dealers.

STEWART STREET OFFICE BUILDING LMN ARCHITECTS “The Stewart Street Office Building takes the office tower typology to a unique level of flexibility, connectivity, and finishes, designed to suit a new generation of tenants in the tech sector.� My role was selecting materials, coordinating the budget, building the material schedule and assisting on the specifications. The palette is the focus for the lobby space and central fireplace gathering area.

FLORENCE, ITALY
Florence is a very charming city that prides in their wineries. The project is situated in a main piazza, Piazza Della Reppublica. The historically charged city ties into the project directly, deriving from the landmark arch seen in this main piazza. The floor plan is a spacial concept that mimics the arch. This project is a new wine tasting space and restaurant.

London, New York, Tokyo Strategies for the store: Develop an urban identity that is transferrable to other city locations Destination shopping attraction Structured retail environment and cosmetics through “elements of the city� By, Kevin Lynch Use of cosmetic city/culture trends/ seasonal marketing We map a city cognitively. We move throughout the city by remembering landmarks. Envisions landmark is the storefront, city image focus and the city map. The goal is to provide a city setting for the consumers. When you step inside, the pathway will reflect the way in which you move around the store. The districts, or services in the store will be the personality. As you move through, the node or center of the store becomes the popular gathering place.

Looking through glass Retreat Painterly Space; Light moment
The concept of the design derives from the uplifting light movement, as it elevates you as you move through the retreat. Looking through glass was created for an artist that could escape to the mountains for inspiration. In order to understand the sunlight, inspiration for the design was developed from the light moment models that transitioned into the final design.
