The CalStar Brick Solution CalStar Products, Inc. uses innovative technology to make architectural facing bricks for the green building market. Products contain 40% post-industrial recycled material, require 85% less energy to make, and generate 85% less CO2 than traditional fired clay brick. Pine Hall Brick Company has been making beautiful brick for homes, buildings and landscape projects since 1922. Known as America’ Premier Paver, it is the largest clay paver producer in the US. Face brick styles include the popular Tidewater Series of genuine tumbled brick. Stock shapes are also available in this series. Two dedicated paver plants make genuine clay pavers in the English Edge Series, Georgian Edge Series as well as CityCobble pavers with the look of cobblestone and straight edge products in 1 3/8” thick and 2 1/4” thick pavers. Also available are two styles of permeable pavers: StormPave with the look of the English Edge series that meets ADA requirements for joint width of less than 1/2” and RainPave Rumbled that’s tumbled after firing to create a cobbled look. Gator Cleaners and Sealers are specially formulated to help clean, maintain, rejuvenate and protect your investment. The Gator Cleaners and Sealers are applicable on all forms of concrete pavers, patios slabs and natural stones. The cleaners do not contain any form of muriatic acid or hydrochloric acid. We use a friendly mix of acids, which permits Gator to be green-friendly and effective. Each product in the Gator cleaning line has its own special formulation to dissolve or remove unwanted stains, ground in dirt, and efflorescence; while each of the Gator sealers has been created to protect against the tolls of the environment. Gator Natural look Sealer offer you a clear, transparent, invisible protection, made from flurochemical polymers that penetrate deep into clay, concrete pavers, walls, masonry and natural stones and supported with a 10 years warranty.

Holcim Mortamix® Masonry Cement—Type N Holcim Mortamix Type N is ideally suited for use in producing masonry mortars for brick, block, tile and stone masonry as well as stucco. Holcim Mortamix Type N Masonry Cement conforms to ASTM C 91 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement and will produce a Type N mortar as specified by ASTM C 270, Standard Specification for Mortar for Unit Masonry. Holcim Mortamix® Masonry Cement—Type S Type S Masonry Cement is ideally suited for use in producing masonry mortars for brick, block, tile, stone and stucco applications. It delivers compressive and tensile bond strength, water repellency, and low volume change. It is manufactured from high quality portland cement clinker, plasticizers, ground limestone, and air-entraining additives under rigid, laboratory-controlled conditions. Holcim Mortamix Type S Masonry Cement conforms to ASTM C 91 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement and will produce a Type S mortar as specified by ASTM C 270, Standard Specification for Mortar for Unit Masonry.

MASONRY CLEANERS Sure Klean® 600 Sure Klean® 600 is a general purpose, concentrated acidic cleaner for brick, tile and concrete surfaces. Dissolves mortar smears and construction dirt quickly, leaving the masonry clean and uniform with no acid burning or streaking. The number-one selling proprietary cleaner for new masonry surfaces, 600 is safer and faster than muriatic acid, and is recommended by masonry manufacturers nationwide.

Sure Klean® Vana Trol®
Sure Klean® Light Duty Concrete Cleaner
Vana Trol® is a concentrated acidic cleaner for new masonry surfaces subject to vanadium, manganese and other metallic stains. Vana Trol® dissolves excess mortar and common job site soiling for simple rinsing away with fresh water, while reducing potential for efflorescence. It’s safe for use on most unpolished natural or cast stone architecture as well as clay masonry -- and was even used to help repair the Pentagon, post-911.
Light Duty Concrete Cleaner removes common construction and atmospheric staining from smooth architectural and engineered concrete. This general-purpose, nonetching acidic cleaner removes rust, mud, oil, atmospheric dirt, mortar smears and other stains without altering the surface texture. Light Duty Concrete Cleaner adds depth to colors, brightens white matrices and exposed aggregate. It’s safe for most pigmented concrete and colored mortar.
Sure Klean® Restoration Cleaner
Sure Klean® Heavy Duty Paint Stripper
Restoration Cleaner is a concentrated compound formulated as a “carbon solubilizer.” Used properly, it cleans brick, granite, sandstone, terra cotta, exposed aggregate and other masonry except limestone, marble or concrete. This product has been safely and effectively used to clean historic structures throughout the United States and Canada. Restoration Cleaner loosens and dissolves dirt, paint oxidation, carbon buildup and other atmospheric pollutants. A simple cold water rinse then removes these unsightly stains.
Heavy Duty Paint Stripper, an alkaline formula with organic solvents, removes multiple layers of paint and graffiti from masonry. This “slow-working” extended-contact remover, stays active for 24 hours. One application of Heavy Duty Paint Stripper dissolves heavy buildups of paint, restoring old masonry to its original appearance. Heavy Duty Paint Stripper contains no methanol, methylene chloride, or chlorinated solvents, and is water rinsable and nonflammable.
