DEVELOPING AND INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE FOR TODAY’S LIFESTYLE Since our founding in 2000, Stanbery Development Group has been focused on retail real estate development throughout the United States. Participating in, but most often controlling, projects from $5 million to $120 million in value, Stanbery Development Group has privately developed approximately $600 million of commercial real estate. Twelve of these projects have been developed from the ground up and a number of others have been repositioning of underutilized assets. As the retail climate has changed, Stanbery has adapted its core focus and now concentrates on mixed-use development, highlighting the synergies between multi-family, hotel and retail, dining and service.

FEATURED PROJECT The District at 1515 is an innovative mixed-use project under development, strategically located in Morris County, New Jersey. The project has a commanding presence on Route 10, which carries more than 60,000 vehicles per day past the site, due to 1,000 feet of frontage. This location provides exceptional access due to the proximity to rapid access to Interstate 287 and Route 202, allowing tenants tremendous presence and access to upscale clientele regionally. The immediate trade area is void of any significant retail or restaurant developments, and is ideal for a new destination that provides a combination of upscale national and local retailers, restaurants, cafes and specialty services in a vibrant town center environment not seen in New Jersey.
