Proposal Description A print-based exhibition originating from a body of collage experiments responding to themes of history, medieval life, and invented narratives. There is a sense of surrealism and humour to the work, putting across the idea that these simpler times weren’t so simple. Content The exhibition will be majority print-based, however there is the potential for small installations and products to be sold (e.g. accompanying publications or zines, t-shirts, etc..) The prints themselves would require wall space, and any installations, if created, would need floor space. Preparation I am happy to set up the work myself, having had a small level of experience in this previously. However any advice would be welcomed.
Examples
Selected collage experiments from an ongoing project that will form the basis of the exhibition.
