Shipping and Ordering Information
Franklin D Roosevelt Local Pick Up available from Studio or Toowoomba - Free Local Delivery (within 50Klm radius) is $15 per order Shipping to other locations starts at $25. Just so you know.... * A detailed visual quote will be provided with proofs of your chosen images, album pages, and Storyboard Collages, for your approval. * Once you confirm your order we are no longer able to accept changes. Please take the time to carefully check the details. * Production of your Collection will commence once we receive confirmation of your Collection order in the form of payment of the deposit, and the purchase of your Installment plan if you are using our Installment Plan service. * In most instances, you can expect delivery of your images within 3 weeks except where orders include Framed wall portraits which will be delivered within 4 weeks. (Please let us know if you need your images earlier than these time frames) We will communicate regularly with you so you know how your Collection production is going. * Final payment for your package must be made before delivery. * If using our Installment plan service 50% of your installments must be completed prior to delivery, further details on the website. Please ask for more information.
