This is an advanced photography course designed for photographers who want to learn to take photographs of a subject or scene in total darkness and paint the scene with the introduction of artificial light source. Topics include light painting objects, light painting scenes, light painting people, light painting astrophotography, and others. Participants will learn camera settings, camera technique, and compositional considerations that will assist participants in recording light painted images. Participants will be introduced to various specialized equipment for light painting, including flashlights and other artificial light sources.
