OUR COFFEE We’ve made getting that perfect cup of coffee a little easier by combining the finest roasted Arabica coffee beans with our lightning-fast Roast2Cup packaging process. Putting it all together in a neat little single serving of freshly made aromatic goodness for cup after cup of consistent quality coffee. We didn’t just set out to make a good coffee for single serve brewers. We’ve carefully sourced handcrafted roasts and expertly blended them to provide consumers with exceptional coffees that fit into every part of their day. The highest quality coffee beans are selected from around the world and are roasted locally for freshness. Our slow roasting process gives our coffees a rich robust flavor without any bitter aftertaste, providing the perfect balance in each cup. A revolutionary tension based in-cup filter in our single serve cups ensures that the extra fresh grounds are filter brewed for a smooth and rich cup of coffee every time. Brooklyn Beans Roastery is offering a more affordable alternative to current brands without compromising on the quality of the coffee. Since Two Rivers is one of the original Keurig compatible single serve coffee manufacturers, we bring a level of experience and competency that guarantees quality coffee. Five separate quality control checks are performed with every lot we produce:
1 Visual inspection – Only the best coffee beans make the initial cut. 2 Monitored grinding – The grinding process is extremely important to the end taste of the coffee. (Here’s a little secret- if the grind is too coarse, it won’t brew properly; if it’s too fine, the coffee gets bitter.) 3 Portion quality control – precisely the right amount of grounds are packed into each single serve cup to ensure the best tasting brew every time. 4 Filled and sealed single serve cups are individually hand-checked for perfection. 5 Brewed coffee samples are consistently taken for aroma and taste testing checks.

This relaxing mellow coffee has a smooth and even taste. It combines a rich texture and nutty overtones with lighter, more playful flavors to create a balanced cup. Breakfast Blend Decaf has all the flavor of its caffeinated brother, but this is the unleaded version.
Brooklyn isn’t known for being mild but we’ve toned it down a little for our light roast to produce an impeccably balanced coffee with a light, crisp taste. It combines a full bodied texture that has hints of robust nutty overtones with a delightfully mellow flavor and mild finish.

This blend combines the best of both worlds: a peaceful view of the sea in front of you, and the shimmering lights of the city behind you. Our Boardwalk Blend is a smooth, medium roast, but it’s still packed with extra bold flavor.
Brooklyn Bridge Blend
Complex and diverse, like Brooklyn itself. In this coffee we’ve blended four varieties of Arabica coffee beans to give it a hint of juicy, berry flavors and lighter citrus notes. This is one smooth customer.

FRENCH ROAST
La vie de Brooklyn. This blend’s got savoir-faire to spare. We’re talkin’ smoky, sweet, and lightbodied, but intense. It complements croissants and crullers, alike.
In Brooklyn, we know a thing or two about being bold and when we say this coffee is bold you betta believe it’s bold. To get a perfect dark roast, the beans are removed from the roasters right before they become at their peak roasting point so they retain sharp floral notes and all the smoky goodness without any of the burnt aftertaste. When these beans with big-time flavor are brewed through our patented tension based filters they create a cup of Joe that will delight lovers of good strong coffee.
