The Fashionable Life

A chandelier by Castle Antiques and Design. This 1960’s Vintage Italian-style cut glass chandelier would be a gorgeous addition to any room or hallway. The chandelier has five large brass scroll arms that are held together by four smaller scroll arms to create a base. The arms feature a gold leaf finish that plays off the cut glass pendants adorning the chandelier.

4/ MODERN TABLE Darryl Carter’s Fold Rectangle Dining Table is shown with a whitewashed mahogany top with a white powder-coated steel base. This furniture piece really showcases Darryl’s keen use of composition, proportion, and scale. The table resonates with the familiarity of traditional form but nods toward a modernistic approach with the sculptural base. Check out more of Carter’s stunning work on darrylcarter.com 5/ KOYA TABLE Using a proprietary technical method, these unique side tables are composed of driftwood slices suspended in clear acrylic. Beautiful as a stand alone piece but a truly stunning statement when grouped with the Shizen Table. The Koya table brings nature to your indoors while dual acting as a gorgeous art piece. deringhall.com

BROOKLYNN BAILEY 12 THINGS SHE CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT 2. Dark Chocolate

As an upcoming Interior Designer, Brooklynn has always felt the importance of finding the beautiful things in every day, every moment, and in everything she sets out to do. Brooklynn loves airy and minimalistic spaces with pops of color through accents in details/decor. Cozy throw pillows and plush blankets paired with wooden accents like end tables and a coffee table are few things she adores. Brooklynn is definitely a designer to keep your eye on. Here are a few things she finds beautiful in life, that bring her joy, and make up a small part of who she is. They inspire her and she states, “as I gather inspiration from many different things and places throughout my life I want to create and leave a beautiful legacy.” BY BROOKLYNN BAILEY 1

I could eat dark chocolate every day and come on, who doesn’t love chocolate?!

People are the most important things in this world. The memories I make with my loved ones are what I’ll take with me forever. Nature is my escape. I feel grounded and rejuvenated when out observing the beauty nature has to offer. Everything about Venice is beautiful to me! The architecture of the buildings (on the water none the less), colors, and charming atmosphere. It’s breathtaking.
