BELMOND: There are no adapted cabins on board the Belmond Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. There will also be a short walk to the luxury coach for the Channel crossing and then to rejoin the train. Transfers in Venice will be by water taxi, which can be down steep steps. Black-tie and cocktail dresses are suggested. Five (5) glasses of wine split across lunch & dinner are included in the fare. Despite having luggage racks in the cabins, space constraints require that luggage is limited, per guest, to: one (1) suitable piece of hand luggage, one (1) suit carrier or overnight bag (to be placed in your cabin), and one (1) suitcase to be stored in the baggage car, where it will not be accessible until you reach your destination. Each cabin has a vanity unit with basin, and toilets at the end of each carriage. There are no baths or showers on the train.
