The existing Brodeur house is located in Springville, IA. This beautiful residence is surrounded by rolling hills and greenery for miles. The serene landscape resonates not only outside of the house, but inside as well. This residence brings the outdoors in with all of its biophilic elements and natural lighting, utilizing both windows and skylights. The Brodeurs want to utilize this tranquil space to maximize their house's potential without expanding the existing footprint.

The Brodeurs are a lovely family of four, accompanied by their pets: a dog, turtle, and lizard. Josh and Emilly, along with their two sons, Bentley and Hudson, are interested in renovating their existing residence. They would like to remodel all of the existing rooms, as well as add an attached bathroom to the primary bedroom. They are also interested in finishing their basement and transforming it into a secondary gathering space and a kids' play area.
