BROOKWOOD JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
SEPTEMBER 2020
#BrookwoodStrong On behalf of the Brookwood Jr. High School staff, I’d like to say a big WELCOME BACK! We are very excited about all the great things we can accomplish working together this school year. There is no question it will be a challenging year, but we believe we can face and overcome these challenges by working together. It is during challenging times that we rise above and show our resilience, strength and determination. We encourage our parents to continue to stay informed of what’s happening in our school community. Please connect to your child’s teacher’s Class Dojo and to my Class Dojo as well. This is the quickest way to receive important information as well as to communicate with all school staff. We are certain that when our parents, teachers, and students work together this year, we will all get to witness our students be successful both at school and at home. I would like to say thank you to all of our parents and families that came out for our Parent Orientation. It is my sincerest hope that whatever the 2020-2021school-year brings, we will return to school with a greater sense of belonging and a renewed perspective on all of the values that make Brookwood Junior High School such a special place. As always, please reach out to your child’s teachers for any questions/concerns. If your child needs an electronic device, or if you have any questions or concerns, I can be reached at the school number (708) 758-5252, by email jlarson@brookwood167.org or by cell phone, (708) 362-0115. Stay safe and be well! f
