PHRF Committee 2018
If you have a custom or modified sailboat, your boat may need to have its rating reviewed and assigned by the local volunteer PHRF committee. With your boat’s measurements, the committee will provide a fair rating so you can quickly join the Bay Area racing scene. From evening beer can racing to offshore regattas to just about every other keelboat race on the Bay, a PHRF rating will make it easy to sign up and start sharpening your skills on the race course. You can fill out the rating form on page 81 with help from detailed instructions provided on page 72-80.
