Feminine, elegant and drapy The Bruuns Bazaar collection is a testament to iconic fashion, classic and sexy with a grown up sensibility that are both streamlined and essential. It is fashion as it’s really lived with collections that are elegant, flattering and attainable. Focusing on modern daywear Bruuns Bazaar delivers high quality in all aspects of the collection. Colours are black and vanilla playing with spicy orange, plum and sandstorm. Qualities are rich in surface and texture and silhouettes are modern and sexy. The collections highlights are a black cropped leather jacket, printed silk trousers with matching t-shirt, drapy silk dresses, a chunky cotton mix knit sweater and a jacquard knit set with sporty references.

MEET CREAT IVE DIRECTOR LENE BORGGAARD
We are happy to have Lene Borggaard back as new creative director for our two brands Bruuns Bazaar & BZR. With her strong, creative management and long experience Lene Borggaard took over the creative leadership 1st of June 2013. Together with the talented design team Lene will continue to work in line with the brand strategy focusing on quality and craftsmanship relevant to the contemporary lifestyle that is identical with fashion house Bruuns Bazaar. Lene Borggaard has worked as head of design at Bruuns Bazaar for almost 8 years during the years 1999-2007 and was successful in creating beautiful and commercial collections for Bruuns Bazaar. Newly Lene Borggaard won the prestigious award ‘Designer of the year’ at ELLE Style Awards 2013.
FIRST OPENING OF BRUUNS BAZAAR CONCEPT STORES IN CHINA
Bruuns Bazaar is ready with a new expansion plan in China and has entered an exciting collaboration with a Chinese partner who aims to open a large amount of Bruuns Bazaar concept stores in China. Already 3 Bruuns Bazaar concept stores opened in 2013. Below are some snapshots from the first store opening in Wuxi Hanglung located upstairs of Louis Vuitton brandstore. Wuxi Hanglung is 150 km inland from Beijing.
T he store is approximately 200 square meters in size and represents both the Bruuns Bazaar women & men line.

NEW EYEWEAR COLLECT ION
The launch of Bruuns Bazaar eyewear collection in the beginning of September 2013 has been a great success. Almost 5000 frames have been sold during the first month in Scandinavia, which makes the eyewear collection the second best launch that Specsavers/Louis Nielsen had with an external brand. At present Bruuns Bazaar are the best selling external brand.
BZR SUN SS14 PALOOLLA – We challenged the round shape which we have seen for a couple of seasons. By making it thicker and mixing acetate and metal, we managed to make it as edgy as we desired. MAREN – Taking inspiration from a classic shape, giving it a bit more attitude, and making it in new modern colours – this model is made easy to wear, where the colors and the details of the construction makes it modern.
