What got you into pet sitting?
I’ve always gravitated towards animals since I was young, an m and caring nature. Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed ensuring they felt safe, happy, and loved. Pet sitting became a way for me to combine my love for animals with a fulfilling role that allows me to build relationships with them and their families to make a difference in their well-being and lives. There's nothing better than being greeted with puppy kisses and purrs every day when Favorite pet?
My favorite pet is my soul dog Scruffy who was in my life for 14 wonderful years who also helped me get started with my pet sitting business. He's also the dog that's in my logo. All my pets are special, but Scruffy holds a piece forever in my heart and thoughts.
Do you believe dogs and cats go to heaven?
Yes, I believe they do. My first pet's name was Puff and I remember when she went over the rainbow bridge. I remember being so upset, but my mom told me pets go to heaven and not to worry because you'll always find Puff in the clouds. To this day, I still look for her in the clouds and know she's looking over all of us. Pets have such beautiful souls that I feel they live on forever in our hearts and other animals that come into our lives. Pets are family!
Long Term goals for my business?
To rebuild my daily regular clients and to stay consistently busy with pet sitting care and needs to help more families. Do more with the community including raising funds for rescues.
My specialty and niche are older animals plus ones with special needs. I've been there when clients go over the rainbow bridge to make sure they know they're loved. Clients tell me that I go above and beyond to meet their needs. I've also been told that I'm the animal whisperer.
