GOLF CLUBHOUSE - COSTA RICA The site’s natural grassy landscape in the valleys close to the water leant perfectly for a new addition of an 18 hole golf course. This Golf Clubhouse will serve as the tee-off location and admin offices for all golfers. Professional Design Work | Hart Howerton

SUSTAINABLE STRATEGIES The structure is meant to highlight each sustainable feature, including the use of wood products, water storage, and natural ventilation. The roof material would also have an integrated solar panel array. 14

UNIVERSITY OF OREGON COLLEGE OF DESIGN BUILDING Replacing the site of an old residence hall, the new building for the College of Design ignites the edge of the campus and creates an open promenade that connects directly to the EMU (Erb Memorial Union) Building down the open promenade.
