Open BIM – BIM4You, all information concerning a project can be accessed in the form of drawings and data packages. BIM4You – Intelligent Building Objects Make the Difference BIM4You is a real-time web-based solution that enables users to integrate external catalogues and individual master database to build a comprehensive BIM content database. BOBs (building objects) and iBOBs (intelligent building objects) are combined to create logical spatial units (e.g. bathroom, office) and are a product of the architectural knowhow amassed from being involved in the construction industry for decades. This gives full control over costs of material and accurate information of what is required to complete the project.
