AUSTRIA: SKI TRIP Voted “World’s Best Ski Destination” three times recently by skiresort.de, KitzbühelKirchberg in the Austrian Tyrol is a fantastic location for skiers of all abilities. This trip is all-inclusive: Transport, accommodation, meals, ski equipment hire, ski instruction (1:10 instructor:students ratio), evening activities, insurance. Snowboarding optional. Evening activities will be 5 popular activities from; snowtubing, watch an ice hockey game*, shopping in Kitzbühel, bowling, ice skating, Ski School presentation and team games (*subject to availability).

GERMANY: ART Immerse yourself in a totally new art scene! From iconic fine art to cutting-edge graphic design and photography, you will be visiting some of Europe’s most famous galleries. MAURITIUS: FRENCH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE TRIP Join BSAK’s Modern Foreign Languages Dept on a trip to the island of Mauritius! Participants will be partnered with a Mauritian student in the Autumn term. The trip will then be a combination of structured activities with these partners, working in pre-primary schools with French-Creole children and outdoor adventure activities, not to mention plenty of opportunities to soak up the rich culture and history of this magical island.

SAN FRANCISCO: COMPUTER SCIENCE Silicon Valley, USA, is the birthplace of the digital revolution. Our busy itinerary offers plenty of opportunities for students to be inspired by the latest developments in tech, including a range of engaging workshops run by large organisations including Apple and Intel (topics covered at GCSE and A Level). We will also visit start-up companies and iconic historical sites both in Computer Science and San Francisco.

TANZANIA: BIOLOGY Tanzania is amongst the finest natural laboratories on earth! TANZANIA: COMMUNITY PROJECT A unique opportunity to make a difference as a global citizen. The community work is the renovation of a primary school and environmentwork including tree planting. Learn about wildlife on safari in Lake Manyara/Tarangire National Park. The Tanzania community and cultural trip is a mix of culture, history and an opportunity to understand a wonderfully diverse community and people who experience life in a different way to me.
