This annual event has grown over the years to be not only a successful fundraiser, but also a great party. We have been blessed with a terrific team of volunteers without whom this event would not have taken place. We especially want to thank all of our Sponsors, Auction donors, Auction committee members and the many volunteers who have worked tirelessly by contributing their time, talent or treasure to make the Blessed Trinity Auction a success. With your continued support and generosity, proceeds from tonight’s event will be used for many purposes from facility enhancement to new equipment and financial aid, all to provide a world class learning environment for our children. Dear Blessed Trinity Families and Friends: On behalf of the Faculty, Staff and Administration of Blessed Trinity, I want to welcome you to the 17th Annual Auction Gala. Through the years, the Auction Gala has always been the single largest fundraising event of the school year. It has also served as a wonderful “Community Building” event where everyone in the BT community can come together, renew old friendships, make new ones and support BT, all at the same time. We hope tonight’s event will accomplish all three for each of you. We want to thank all the sponsors, donors, businesses and countless volunteers for their contributions in making tonight’s event a success. A special thank you to Tricia Navarro and Donna Ortiz, for chairing this year’s event. I also want to thank all of the committee members and volunteers for their energy, enthusiasm, and ideas. Once you have registered your device, online bidding will be available beginning March 11th (early bidding is again featured, which we hope will give everyone more time to find and bid on items they want). Check in begins at 6:30 PM for all guests, and all guests must check in upon arrival. Upon Check in, GiveSmart volunteers will be available to offer hands-on assistance at any time. Live Auction items will be on display throughout the evening, and may also be previewed on GiveSmart. To enter a bid, a Bidder must signal (by raising their hand) and be acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Highest Bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the Buyer. A GiveSmart volunteer will confirm with you your name and bid. In the event of a dispute, the Director of Development will have the final decision to determine the successful bidder. Group purchases are welcome. However, one person must be responsible for the bidding and for notifying an auction official as to the names of the buyers and how the winning bid is to be distributed among the group. Each successful bid will be recorded by an auction official and entered on the buyer’s auction account.
