Dear Blessed Trinity Community,

On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, we would like to welcome you to, Carnival, our 23rd annual Auction. While the Auction is our largest fundraising event of the school year, it is also our largest community building, “FUNdraising event," where everyone in the BT community can come together and visit with friends, all while having a great time in support of Blessed Trinity!

We want to extend a special thank you to all of the sponsors, donors, businesses, and volunteers for their generosity and contributions in making this evening a success. A special thank you to Chrissy Davis and April Harkins for spearheading this year ’ s event! Their energy, enthusiasm, ideas, and passion for the school community is truly what made this night possible.

Special Appeal Special Appeal

Each year we look to our amazing community to assist with enhancements to our school and student experience. Just as we did for #iGiveCatholic, this year ' s auction special appeal will encompass all four pillars of our school.

The Trinity Terrace will be a space designed for students to have the opportunity to go outdoors and decompress. The courtyard connected to the Learning Commons will be transformed into a space that students can use during their unassigned block or during lunch.

This special appeal will allow us to continue Phase 2 of our efforts to enhance our Academic Support Center. The purchase of new desks will allow for more flexibility for small group work, tutoring sessions, or even independent work when needed.

Our theater is used for student performances, various school events, and even used by other local theater and dance groups. Our goal is to install step guard lights for the safety of our spectators during performances and events.

The transformation of the Field House continues with the addition of new flooring in the locker rooms.

Live Auction items will be on display throughout the evening, and may also be previewed on GiveSmart. To enter a bid, a Bidder must signal (by raising their hand) and be acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Highest Bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the Buyer. A GiveSmart volunteer will confirm your name and bid.

In the event of a dispute, the Director of Advancement will have the final decision to determine the successful bidder. Group purchases are welcome; however, one person must be responsible for the bidding and notify the auction official as to the names of the buyers and how the winning bid is to be distributed among the group. Each successful bid will be recorded by an auction official and entered on the buyer's auction account.

Blessed Trinity Catholic High School accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may result from items purchased without careful consideration of the applicable restrictions. Further, many items require that the purchaser present a coupon or gift certificate in order to claim the item purchased. The school will not be responsible for lost gift certificates after the purchaser receives them. The school assumes no responsibility if the donor goes out of business before you redeem your item(s).

Winners of our auction items may pick up their fabulous acquisitions Wednesday, May 3 through Friday, May 5 anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Pick-up will take place at the wrestling room doors located near the BT bus parking lot. Simply drive up, pick up, and enjoy your winnings!
