Presented at
the Paris Motor Show in 2008, the Aston Martin One-77, from its inception, had to represent not just a car but also a genuine technological work of the art. Produced from 2009 and limited to only 77 cars, all of which were sold, this focus of design and technology inspired Buben&Zörweg, a fledgling austrian brand that from the outset focused on the production of items of the highest craftsmanship integrated with the most innovative technologies. Object of Time One-77 originates from an empathy with the prestigious British car manufacturer. Also produced as a series of 77 items, this work of engineering deliberately harks back to the sinuous lines of the One-77, and has all the characteristics that made the firm famous: in this chest you can add thirty-two watches that work efficiently thanks to Time Mover® technology, sixteen of which are in the internal safe room, which obviously benefits from the safety standards of the brand; here it is possible to store jewellery, and, upon request, you can utilize the humidification system for storing fine cigars to be smoked perhaps while listening to the built-in hi-fi system. Of course you cannot ignore another key component namely Fine Timepieces, with tourbillon, the cherry on the Buben&Zörweg cake. In 2005 the first version of the table clock with tourbillon, the Pantheon Grande Réserve Tourbillon, was presented with great success. Only two years later, in 2007, they unveiled the Ellipse Grand Revers Double Tourbillon, a mechanism with double tourbillon, which fascinated the cognoscenti. And, in 2009, precisely in Basel (Swiss), they presented the third generation of tourbillon: l’Objet de Temps I and II with their Orbit Tourbillons. The movement of time is shown in the location where it is most obvious: the tip of the minute hand. The Orbit Tourbillon makes a complete revolution around the dial every hour, rotating on its axis once every minute in a masterwork of watchmaking technology; the in-

credible progeny of absolute precision and audacity that challenges convention. Object of Time One-77 thus encapsulates the whole philosophy of Buben&Zörweg: precision, innovation, design, exclusivity, quality and safety. It is an artisanal creation suitable for the most demanding and scrupulous collectors, who want to celebrate the sort of luxury that attends to every detail at the highest level. Not by chance a VIP lounge next to the exclusive Plaza Zhukoffka in Moscow has just been inaugurated, distinguished by a sophisticated design and cuttingedge technologies, equipped with a special room with mirrored surfaces that can become transparent on command. The presence in Zhukoffka Plaza is a great recognition for Buben&Zörweg, which, once again, sees its commitment rewarded.

Presentata al Salone dell’automobile di Parigi nel 2008, l’Aston Martin One-77 doveva, fin dalla sua ideazione, rappresentare non una semplice vettura ma una vera e propria opera d’arte tecnologica. Prodotta dal 2009 in soli 77 esemplari, tutti venduti, questo concentrato di design e tecnologia ha ispirato Buben&Zörweg, giovane brand austriaco che fin dall’inizio ha puntato sulla realizzazione di oggetti di altissimo artigianato integrato con le tecnologie più innovative. Object of Time One-77 nasce dalla convergenza di vedute con la prestigiosa casa automobilistica britannica. Prodotta anch’essa in 77 esemplari, quest’opera di ingegneria si rifà volutamente alle linee sinuose della One-77, e presenta tutte le caratteristiche che hanno reso famose le realizzazioni della casa: in questo scrigno è possibile riporre ben trentadue orologi che vengono mantenuti efficienti grazie alla tecnologia Time
Mover®, sedici dei quali nella cassaforte interna, godendo naturalmente dello standard di sicurezza del brand; è possibile riporre gioielli, e, a richiesta, si può avere il sistema di umidificazione per custodire raffinati sigari, da fumare magari mentre si utilizza il sistema HiFi integrato. Naturalmente non può mancare un componente Fine Timepieces, con tourbillon, fiore all’occhiello di Buben&Zörweg. Nel 2005 presentarono il primo esemplare di orologio da tavolo con tourbillon, il Pantheon Grande Réserve Tourbillon, che riscosse grande successo. Solo due anni dopo, nel 2007, svelarono l’Ellipse Grand Revers Double Tourbillon, un meccanismo dotato di doppio tourbillon che catturò l’attenzione degli addetti ai lavori. E nel 2009, proprio a Basilea (Svizzera), è stata presentata la terza generazione di tourbillon: l’Objet de Temps I e II con i loro Orbit Tourbillons. Il movimento del tempo viene mostrato nel luogo in cui è più evidente: la punta della lancetta dei minuti. L’Orbit Tourbillon fa un giro completo intorno al quadrante ogni ora, ruotando sul proprio asse una volta ogni minuto in un capolavoro di tecnologia orologiera; un risultato incredibile figlio di una precisione assoluta e dell’audacia necessaria al superamento delle convenzioni. Object of Time One-77 racchiude quindi in se tutta la filosofia di Buben&Zörweg: precisione, innovazione, design, esclusività, qualità e sicurezza. Una creazione artigianale adatta ai collezionisti più esigenti e scrupolosi, che vogliono celebrare il lusso ai massimi livelli senza tralasciare nessun aspetto. Non a caso è appena stato inaugurato un VIP lounge presso l’esclusivo Zhukoffka Plaza a Mosca, contraddistinto da un ricercato design e tecnologie all’avanguardia, dotato anche di una speciale stanza con superfici a specchio che possono divenire trasparenti a comando. La presenza a Zhukoffka Plaza è un grande riconoscimento per Buben&Zörweg, che vede ancora una volta premiato il proprio impegno.
