Whatever area of this fast-moving sector you want to delve into, our Music, Audio and Events courses are crafted to immerse you into the industry and give you all the skills that will set you apart from other hopefuls in this competitive space.

Our courses have a teaching team packed with professional and academic experience, many still working in the industry. And it doesn’t stop there, with our industry connections and array of successful alumni, you’ll benefit from a vibrant series of guest lectures, networking opportunities, workshops, talks and even live briefs.

Right on campus you’ll have everything you need to hone your craft. We have three main recording studios with vocal booths and live rooms, and three editing suites. Our studios, editing suites and Mac labs contain a range of professional equipment from companies such as: Dolby Atmos, Avid, Neumann, Focusrite, Universal Audio, Native Instruments, Rode, Sennheiser, Aston Microphones, Electrovoice, Genelec, KRK, Shure, Akai and Drawmer. All studios also feature a full range of industry-standard plug-ins for all your creative needs.

Our Audio and Music Production pathway is accredited by JAMES (Joint Audio Media Entertainment Support), so employers in the sector will really take notice of you.

ANIMATION, 3D GAME ART & VISUAL EFFECTS

Our Animation, 3D Game Art and Visual Effects courses offer professional-standard equipment, industry-experienced lecturers and an array of industry connections and alumni, all for you to benefit from.

Split between our High Wycombe Campus and teaching base at Pinewood Studios, you’ll have full access to motion-capture facilities such as Xsens and Faceware, labs with Maya, Nuke, Adobe Creative Cloud, Substance, Renderman and ZBrush.

We’ll introduce you to digital graphics, character animation, visual effects and compositing. As your skills grow, you’ll discover your own specialisms to help you make career decisions later on.

You’ll get to visit companies and we invite in guest lecturers to talk about everything from modelling to rigging.

By the time you graduate, you’ll have a huge range of skills and a thorough understanding of the opportunities available in the industry.
