BUDGETS MADE EASY

HEY FRIEND!

I'M ASHLEY...

Meal planning is such an easy way to save hundreds of dollars every month. But if you don't know how to start and what to do, it can feel overwhelming. It's so much easier to go through the drive-thru or pick up dinner.Â

The tips and tricks in this meal planning bundle is the exact process I follow to save $600 a month of food. I love fast food and let's just be real...I'm lazy lol! It's so easy to justify picking up food when you aren't sure what to cook for dinner and don't know what you even have at home to cook.

This bundle will help you make a meal plan whether it's weekly or month. Plus it makes it easier to know what you have at home so, you can eat at home more so you can save money for the things you really want, like a vacation, a new car, or even pay off debt!

Oh and in case, you don't know me yet, IÂ help families eliminate debt using simple strategies so they can stress less and live the life they want! I am a Master Financial Coach and have been featured on sites like Yahoo! Finance, MSN, CNBC, Fox Business and many more!

TIPS & TRICKS

TOP TIPS TO SAVE HUNDREDS EACH MONTH

#1 SHOP WITH A CALCULATOR Shop with a calculator to track what you've spent and actually stick to your food budget.

#2 MAKE SHOPPING LIST Make a shopping list and stick to it while in the store. This will help you stick to your budget while shopping.

#3 USE CASH Using cash has a different mental effect than swiping a card and studies have shown you spend less with cash.

#4 FREEZE LEFTOVERS Keep food waste down and save money later by freezing leftovers.

#5 MAKE A MEAL PLAN Make a meal plan at least a week at a time. This makes it harder to justify grabbing fast food.

If you set a cash budget for groceries, go to the store with a plan and a list and use a calculator, you make it impossible to "accidentally" overspend.

CHICKEN FAJITAS SEASONING

MARINATE MEAT IN THE SEASONING FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR BEFORE FREEZING. SEASONING

3 tbsp Paprika 2 tbsp Garlic Powder 2 tbsp Onion Poswer

Make a big batch of the seasoning and store in a mason jar. Season all layers of food for the best flavor.

2 tbsp Salt

STEP ONE: MIX Mix all of the ingredients in a container, I prefer a glass mason jar. I usually mix 3-4 batches in one jar. Just layer and then shake.

STEP TWO: COOKING This seasoning is great with chicken. Cut chicken into small 1" strips and then marinate in the seasoning. Then cook with peppers and onion strips on the stovetop or oven until the chicken has reached 165 degrees. This is also good with ground beef in tacos or beef fajitas as well!

STEP THREE: ENJOY Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings!
