Previously, he led the acclaimed PRISMA restaurant at Parkhotel Vitznau, where his distinctive style earned him a Michelin star in 2018 and 16 points in Gault Millau, with a focus on vegetarian dishes. At Hotel Maier, he embraces Slow Food principles and heritage products, while Seegut Zeppelin features a modern vegetarian sharing concept amidst stunning lake and alpine views. His signature dish will feature a pumpkin lentil salad accompanied by an organic egg, hemp oil foam, purslane, and sourdough bread.

Chef Christian Scharrer is a distinguished culinary artist renowned for his exceptional contributions to fine dining.
