FESTIVITIES FOR THE SENSES SERVED AT THE BÜRGENSTOCK COLLECTION FOR A YEAR-END TO REMEMBER

A Soirée de Noël awaits guests at Brasserie Ritzcoffier during Christmas Eve, where the warm occasion will be celebrated with a five-course dinner of French brasserie classics, while fireside warmth will be present at the Oak Grill restaurant, serving fine produce from land and sea to be prepared with high skill on the woodfired grill.

For a Christmas Eve filled with Asian flavours and tradition, Spices Kitchen & Terrace will be serving magic and zest with a spiced Christmas Eve dinner crafted by twin chefs Vilai and Virat, where guests will enjoy a parade of Far Eastern zesty dishes and exotic flavours from India to Japan.

Festivities continue on Christmas Day with a special brunch at Brasserie Ritzcoffier, where the high views and live jazz bands create the perfect mood for a feast of fruits de mer served on crushed iced pedestals, in addition to a selection of world-favourite delicacies, followed by à la carte French brasserie classics.

The Goldfinger New Year’s Eve party will see feasts served at different restaurants in a parade of flavours for all the senses, from the seven-course menu of French classics at the contemporary Brasserie Ritzcoffier, the five-course menu of local and fresh dishes served with a background of flickering flames and warm ambiance at Oak Grill restaurant, or the shared five-course menu of the far east flavours at Spices Kitchen & Terrace within a stunning glass case perched on the mountainside. The bond glamour will be served with gold-plated dishes at Parisa Persian Restaurant, where the exotic scents of the orient will be the star of the night.
