White Russian*

Smirnoff black label vodka and kahlua coffee liqueur, built with milk and cream and served short.

Zombie It ain’t no Corpse reviver, but it will certainly put some life into your night. Bacardi rum, Pampero rum, Morgan spiced rum and Captain Morgan rum, all shaken up with lime juice, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and a splash of grapefruit juice and finished with a Wray and Nephew float.

Dark ‘n’ Stormy* This mix of dark rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and ginger beer gets its name from the look of the finished drink, but even when its dark and stormy outside this one is sure to pick you up.

St Germain elderflower liqueur, topped with Perrier Jouet Champagne.

Winner of the Finlandia vodka cup Wales and South-west England heat 2008 We start off with a bit of muddled lemongrass and add a healthy dose of Finlandia vodka, a few basil leaves and some ginger and lemongrass syrup for a bit of spice, shake it all up and serve it straight up in a cocktail glass.

Classic Champagne Cocktail Martell VS cocgnac with a sugar cube laced with Angostura bitters, topped with Perrier Jouet Champagne.

This cheeky little number takes Vanilla vodka, grenadine and grapefruit juice shaken up and topped with Perrier Jouet Champagne.

The Don Mixed berries with mint, lime, sugar and Pampero rum, all churned with crushed ice and topped with Perrier Jouet champagne.

Winner in the 42 Below vodka Cocktail World Cup Wales and South-west heat 2009 Feijoa is a fruit native to New Zealand, has a very distinctive taste, and the Kiwi’s swear by it. This drink takes 42 Below feijoa vodka, chill, lemoncello, St Germain elderflower liqueur and we give it a wash of absinthe and then serve it straight up in a cocktail glass.
